We need more women in justice Department
Women like to be fair and prioritize decisions on merit. Despite the increasing engagement of women in everyday life, women are not well represented in decision-making positions. The fact is that the number of women in the judiciary is low, especially in higher judicial positions. The representation of women in the judiciary is a sign that the courts are representing their citizens well. They are addressing any concerns they may have and are also making the right decisions. When women judges are present in the court, they try their best to enhance the status of the courts. Which is a big indication that they are open to those seeking justice and anyone can resort to them to get justice.
The appointment of female judges to positions where they were previously excluded is indeed a positive step in seeing the judiciary become more transparent, inclusive and representative of the people whose lives they impact.
If we celebrate this day, we should also strive to bring women forward in national leadership, administrative affairs, the judicial system, and other institutions. To celebrate this day, guidance is created regarding facing many difficulties ahead. Women in the field of justice join us in celebrating this International Day of Justice with enthusiasm. Women have been given equal rights in all levels of the courts.
Women Judges Gender Equality Principles
Such a system makes the court system even stronger. Women's planning deals a huge blow to corruption. Those who guide this system create many obstacles to women's planning. The institutions that make laws in this country use women's leadership as a punishment, as if it were a crime. In all of this, women are also linked to its response. The advancement of women's justice and the investment of leaders in it are evidence that all of this can be helped.
For the advancement of women judges in this country, justice should be brought to the fore in a high-profile manner and all members of our judiciary should meet on the basis of equality before the law. Women should be given equal rights along with men at various levels to make any kind of decisions and be included in this decision-making process. This way, the path to strength and development can be paved in this country.
In the past, it was difficult for everyone to get equal rights. Many efforts are being made to implement this law. The General Assembly has designated March 10 as the International Day of Women Judges. Qatar has made a great effort to get this resolution passed in the General Assembly. UNODC also has a big hand in empowering women. The United Nations' goal in passing this law is to promote a culture of lawmaking for women around the world, provide education and training, and work to ensure women's participation in all spheres of life.
